Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Process 

  • You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return or exchange products and you can contact us on 01094443933.

The returns process requires:

  •  Return the relevant products in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging inside the box You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. 
  • The products must be returned in their original condition.
  •  We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund. 
  •  In the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund through the possible means, including any delivery charges you paid for (if any). 
  • In any case, you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied. 
  • Please note: It is not allowed to open the order except after receiving it and in case you face a problem of any kind like (exchange or return – in coffee – How to prepare – shipping company courier – in packaging)

Exchanges Process 

If you would like to exchange any products, you may: 

  • Contact us: 01094443933 to return the items & purchase the replacement products 
  •  Please note that this is subject to availability and is per our applicable policies. 

Refunds 

  • Subject to the above exclusions, we will process a refund upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products, excluding any delivery charges you paid for through ordering. 

Cancellation 

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by calling our Customer Services department: 01094443933 during working hours from 9 am – 4 pm and within one hour of having placed it.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {Alexandria,Sidi Gaber}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
